iGolf Saturn GPS

The iGolf Saturn is the newest GPS device from the makers of the very successful iGolf Neo GPS. The iGolf neo was a very simple GPS unit that provided accurate yardages to the Front, Center, and Back of the green. The unit was small enough to fit in your pocket and was a great product for a lot of people. Now iGolf has come out with a more advanced GPS device call the iGolf Saturn.

Color Screen

The Saturn is a color GPS unit, and provides a larger 2.17" LCD screen for easier reading. It is still a smaller device that can be handled with ease on the golf course. The unit displays the accurate shape and layout of each hole providing valuable information to hit your approach shot into the green.

Map Storage

The iGolf Saturn has expanded upon some of the limitations of the iGolf neo. The newer device can now hold 100 GPS golf courses instead of the limited 10 courses on the neo. This should allow anyone to carry around enough courses without having to download or upload too many times.

Statistics/Scorecard

The unit now allows you to keep statistics and scoring on your unit.  Now you can keep your score on the digital device along with indepth statistics.  When you are finished with your round, you can plug the unit into your computer through the USB cable, and upload your scores and stats right to your computer.

Battery Life

Battery life is pretty long.  You should get between 12-15 hours off of one charge which should allow a good two rounds before being a recharge is needed.  Charging is very easy, as it comes with an AC adapter to plug into any outlet.

Distances

The unit includes the popular shot distance calculator that was available with the iGolf neo.  This allows you to calculate the shot distance of any club for every shot.  This is an excellent tool to keep track of the distances you hit each club.
